What Mr. Kashner says is the absolute truth. 
But how do we begin to dismantle the Koch iron grip on the Republican Party?

       Is ignoring Trump ‘s vandalism helpful?

Remember that most folks do not even know who the Kochs are let alone their contribution to the destruction of democracy.

But everyone knows who Trump is and can make judgements about the state of the union based on his outrageous performance 

I agree that all this is vapid without considering the Koch effect—but  it’s a step forward and we must take one step at a time
