Estelle, I agree with you, as long as, in everything we do to oppose Trump,
we identify "the men behind the curtain". If the Kochs wanted Trump gone,
he would be gone in a week, as the entire Republican party proclaimed
"Trump has gone too far this time" for some previously ignored outrage.
