The Community Organising Working Group of C19PC (Gauteng) in partnership with the University of Johannesburg is hosting a webinar on "Community Activism, COVID-19 and the lockdown in Gauteng". The 4 presenters are community activists and members of the working group. 14.00 – 15.00. Friday 24 April.

The C-19 Peoples’ Coalition is mobilising for South Africa’s response to the pandemic to be rooted in democratic principles that ensure social justice for all. The discussion will highlight how activism has been shaped by the lockdown. Everyone is invited, and participation by activists in other countries is especially welcome.
