I don’t understand the question. What information in that rather moderate investigative piece challenges your instinct to veracity? The Asia Times is an entirely credible news outfit, comparable to anything published by the corporate press in north america, and a source for me and many others.  The article itself is entirely credible, and the information it contains (all linked to other sources) is not new, nor spurious. Just the world as we know it...
