[WSMDiscuss] Caste Based Discrimination Suit Filed against CISCO

Greetings! This is not a surprise atall, it was bound to happen someday. Now that the suit has been filed, it mightopen the floodgate and lead to more litigation coming forward. The CasteHindus, the so called upper caste people those who always believe in practicingthe brahmanical value system wholly or even partially and thereby do not minddiscriminating against Dalits, Adivasis (Indigenous people), Other BackwardCaste (OBCs) people, people from the North Eastern states in India and EastAsians, Blacks/African Americans, Muslims, Christians etc. The discriminationtakes place on a varying scale from time to time and from place to place andmay depend on the particular context as well. It could take several subtle andeven non-subtle forms of discrimination and exclusion. 

 

Attached here with this mail, you would find a copy ofthe suit that has been filed against  theAmerican IT giant – CISCO.
