El Parque de la Papa es un Territorio del Patrimonio Biocultural 
establecido en 2000 y administrado colectivamente como "Zona de 
Agrobiodiversidad" por seis comunidades quechuas en Perú. Conserva un 
agroecosistema de montaña y patrimonio biocultural indígena único, y 
paisajes que contienen la diversidad de papas más rica del mundo. El 
seminario web presentará la historia y los desafíos del enfoque de 
gestión integral de la comunidad basado en sumaq kausay o buen vivir, 
las respuesta generadas durante la pandemia de COVID y visiones para el 
futuro.

    The Potato Park is a community-managed Biocultural Heritage
    Territory established as “Food Neighborhood” by six Quechua
    communities in Peru in 2000. It conserves a unique mountain
    agroecosystem, its indigenous biocultural heritage including one of
    world’s richest potato diversity landscapes. The webinar will
    describe the history and challenges of the community’s holistic
    management approach based on sumaq kausay or buen vivir, response
    during COVID pandemic, and visions for the future.
