Viruses in movement…, The World Social Forum in movement…, Movements in movement…
[For those who keyed into the thread of discussion back in April and May this year about the International Council of the World Social Forum taking stock and looking ahead – and, in particular, opening itself to critical discussion with other streams of emerging world social movement about the future of the Forum -, here is the report I have received from the Secretariat of the WSF International Council from the June 27 meeting, with links to opening and closing statements, to video recordings of the meeting, and to some reflections received by the Secretariat after the meeting.
[My apologies for posting this a little late, but I was otherwise busy and also needed to get some clarifications from the Secretariat before posting this :

Dear all
From the organizations and movements of the International Council of the World Social Forum that organized the first expanded meeting of the IC, we sent you a document with a brief political analysis of the meeting that we held on June 27.
We now also here send you the video of the meeting; the texts with the interventions of Gustave Massiah and Rosa Zúñiga; a document with synthetic notes from the meeting in Spanish, English, and French; the statement closing of Francine Mestrum; and the link to a document where those who could not attend the June 27 meeting, have sent in their thoughts on the three questions we asked you in the emergency appeal letter :

Following the live session: In June 2020, following the online international consultation convened by the WSF International Council called on June 27 2020, we invited all the invitees who had *not been able to take part to also submit written contributions, reflecting on the three questions that we had asked, and with a maximum of 30 lines. We invite you now to also read the seven additional, brief, written contributions that we received, at the following link : https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Hu4C_ueSQVVtnLXiO4DHSBWDBkTuIzIXDCr87XohG0M/edit?usp=sharing <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Hu4C_ueSQVVtnLXiO4DHSBWDBkTuIzIXDCr87XohG0M/edit?usp=sharing>
We will send you more information about a second expanded WSF IC meeting soon, so we can hear everyone.
A big hug, let's continue together.
