*HOW THAILAND SUCCESSFULLY CONTAINED THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS*


My take on how Thailand did it. The key was an effective public health 
system built on a strong relationship between health authorities and 
civil society founded on previous public health campaigns and a national 
health insurance program providing universal coverage. The politicians, 
when they were not fumbling, were really superfluous to the process.
