Here we go again. A reimagined Voucher program for public education 

It was attempted in the early 90s and was subverted by the public Charter Schools, especially in Minnesota and California 

We need to get a grip on education — kids, parents, teachers, administrators 
Should be in  the driver’s seat and billionaires should be  their servants
