Friends, see below link to a piece on community empowerment and how that
helps deal with COVID like crises. A somewhat revised version of an
article published in Interface.
I'd also like to take the opportunity to encourage people on these lists
to write their stories/perspectives on the COVID (and related) crises
for www.radicalecologicaldemocracy.org, esp. pointing to radical
alternatives in dealing with them, or creating conditions to avoid such
crises in teh first place. If interested, pl. write to Pallav Das, who
