[WSMDiscuss] "Kashmirisation of India" starts with West Bengal: With a whisper

This is a part of Kashmirisation of India.
Starting with West Bengal.
The immediate goal is to (i) terrorise (a specific section) and (ii)
(thereby) polarise.

It's enough indication how the NPR-NRC would be conducted.
How the opposition parties/organisations/individuals would be treated.
Even before that, the rest of polling.
(135 out of total 294 constituencies have voted in the first 4 of the total
8 rounds.)

But, this also strongly suggests that the regime is yet unsble to carry out
any significant manipulation of the EVM.
Then all these would have not been required.
