Good! As far as it goes.
Of course, hardly anyone was apprehending use of strategic weapons - *to
begin with*. The apprehension was/is what happens in case the tactical ones
are used.
So, it's assured, now, that there's no such possibility - going against the
hints being issued persistently till now. Of course good.

But, then, not only the Russian side, alongwith all its proxies worldwide,
were outright pooh-poohing the possibility of any invasion almost till Feb.
21 but had also announced demobilisation of the ongoing joint exercise with
Belarus and force withdrawal from the Ukraine border, almost on the eve of
the massive and brutal invasion. One can hardly afford to let all these
slip out of mind.
