[WSMDiscuss] Invasion of Ukraine: Putin's Latest Googly

The IAEA is investigating the ‘dirty bomb’ accusation and will visit sites in Ukraine to ascertain whether there is any evidence to substantiate the claim. So perhaps better to wait and see before it is labelled ‘implausible’.
